Refund Policy

When you receive your order you have 14 days to return your items in perfect condition. Item/s must be mailed back to 80 Lakeview Court, Adel, GA 31620. Please include the original mailing label or email and your name used on Facebook/Instagram.  Once we receive the item, a store credit will be applied to your account within 5-7 business days in the amount of the item that was purchased.  MCC does not cover shipping costs at this time on a return. 

If an item is damaged upon receiving, we ask that you email a picture to info@meltoncandlecompany.com and also a picture of the packing (box, wrap, etc.) We will be in contact for further action.  Please do not discard the item or box until we are in contact with one another.

Both UPS and USPS require us to provide the original box it was shipped in therefore, we will require the damaged item returned in the original box (packaged exactly as it was shipped).  We will email a return shipping label for the damaged item once the return is approved by us.

You are our first priority and we will take care of the issue.  We take pride in packaging our items but sometimes mistakes/accidents happen during shipping.
